Shipping Information –

Magic Tank will be shipped ground service only. No overnight or express service available.

For bulk orders please contact us.

Our shipping and processing charges are based on the total amount of your purchase. These charges are designed to cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24 hours processing time before shipment will leave our facility. We suggest that you contact our customer service team at 877-64-MAGIC to confirm order/delivery. Orders entered after 2:00 pm EST will enter our shipping facility the following day.

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm).

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Fedex may not deliver Saturday/Sunday. Please contact our service team to confirm.

Magic Tank reserves the right to assess a shipping & handling fee to large volume and oversized product orders.

Standard packages will ship within 24 business hours after the order is placed.

PayPal orders will be billed at the time of order placement.

We do not ship to P.O., F.P.O., or A.P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico

Can I cancel/modify my order/shipment?

When you place an order at mymagictank.com , your order immediately drops into our fulfillment center flow to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimated shipping time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once your order has been submitted, please refer to our easy return and exchange policy

Returns & Replacements

Magic Tank Internet, Telephone and Mail Order Return Policy:

Any unused merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipment may be returned to Magic Tank for a refund/exchange within 30 days of the date your order was received.  We will only refund shipping charges if the item was damaged during shipment.

To ensure that we process your return according to your wishes, please follow the procedure outlined below when returning your merchandise to Magic Tank:

Complete all applicable portions of the return questionnaire on the reverse side of your original invoice.

1. Pack and seal all bottle/s to be returned or exchanged securely, in the original package if possible, along with copies of the original invoice and completed return questionnaire.
2. Ship your return or exchange prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries — to the following address:

3. While not required, we recommend that you select a shipping method that provides a tracking or confirmation of delivery option and that you insure your return. These options will provide you added protection since Magic Tank cannot be responsible for Magic Tank products lost or damaged during their return shipment from you to Magic Tank.
4. Magic Tank reserves the right to access a minimum $25 handling fee on returned items.
5. Credits are applied to returns when returned in their original package and unused within 30 days.
